1. Digital creative services
AI Story provides AI-assisted novel creation, continuation, character and plot editing, with memberships and gems for eligible features; no physical goods are shipped, and access requires a compatible device and an internet connection.
2. Accounts and agreement
You must be at least 18 and read and actively accept these terms and the privacy policy before signing in or registering; keep account access secure and provide accurate information.
3. Your work and AI output
You retain your rights in material you provide and authorize processing needed to deliver the service; only submit material you have permission to use, review generated output before use, and do not assume AI output is accurate, unique or free of third-party rights.
4. Prices and the seller
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes; before payment, checkout must identify the seller, currency, product, billing period, taxes and total payable, and the interface language does not determine your seller or payment region.
5. Subscription billing and cancellation
Membership plans renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual billing period until canceled; the charge and renewal date must be disclosed before authorization, and web cancellation requests go to wei@weic.ai before the next renewal, while App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed through the relevant store.
6. Monthly gems
Plus includes 2,300 gems per month, Pro 6,440 and Max 13,800; annual plans also grant that monthly amount on each monthly subscription anniversary rather than granting the full year at once, and purchased and granted gems do not expire when membership ends, except that refunded entitlements are withdrawn.
7. Responsible use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, bypass security or disrupt the service; we may restrict misuse as permitted by applicable law, and generation availability depends on the selected features and service conditions.
8. Changes and service issues
Contact support for access, delivery or billing issues; material changes to these terms or future billing conditions will be communicated appropriately, and a policy update alone does not authorize a new charge.
9. Governing law
These terms and transactions sold by Run aWei LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections; this clause does not designate the law for transactions sold by the mainland China company, and it does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory rights.
