1. Electronic delivery
Membership and gems are delivered to the AI Story account used for purchase; there is no shipment, shipping charge, tracking number or physical delivery address.
2. Initial delivery
After valid payment confirmation, membership activation and the initial or purchased gem grant are processed automatically; a payment redirect or an unconfirmed charge alone is not confirmation that the account has received the benefits.
3. Subscription grants
During an eligible paid subscription, Plus receives 2,300 gems, Pro 6,440 and Max 13,800 on the monthly subscription anniversary; annual billing and monthly gem grants have different schedules, and each relevant date must be shown before purchase.
4. Missing delivery
If benefits are still missing 30 minutes after payment, check that you are signed in to the purchasing account and email wei@weic.ai with the order reference; do not pay again to resolve a missing grant, and confirmed non-delivery is handled under the refund policy.
5. Checking receipt
Check membership status and the gem balance in your account; for store purchases, verify the Apple or Google account on the receipt and use the available restore-purchase flow, and we can investigate a valid purchase that has not appeared.
